I’ve been trying to make the drums from this Gunna song but I can’t seem to get the hats and kick pattern down. Do you guys think they used a drum sequencer or did they pencil it in in the DAW? Any advice helps thanks!

i feel like they probably used a MPC or something like that. I personally like sequencers because I can make loops really fast. If you use ableton the drum rack is amazing check it out

totally agree with this, the MPC makes drums a lot easier but I do all of mine in the DAW
